As resident artists of Barcelona’s Fabra i Coats cultural center, Aalbers developed a generative approach to composition that lays the groundwork for their first full-length release, F. Guitars that sound like keyboards, drums that don’t always keep rhythm and the self-propulsive ping-pong of modular synths guide you through a 30 minute downtempo trance.
