Night Walking marks a departure from the artist’s past work with uptempo electronic production. From the electroacoustics of musique concrète to fragmented sampling reminiscent of early-aughts microhouse, Night Walking occupies a liminal space between the different lanes of contemporary experimental electronic music. It’s a headphone meditation for a midnight walk through a dark city.
